Shannon has been a dedicated part of the team at Queens Parade Specialists since 2021, working closely with Dr. Sophia Richardson to provide seamless support and guidance to patients throughout their surgical journey.
Shannon has extensive knowledge and is a patient's initial point of contact for any queries relating to consultations, item numbers, health fund information, and proposed procedures. In collaboration with Dr. Richardson’s Personal Assistant, Shannon also assists in scheduling surgical appointments and is always happy to provide clarity along the way.
With a warm, supportive approach and a strong attention to detail, Shannon is committed to ensuring every patient feels informed and confident throughout their experience.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys getting lost in a good book and exploring new destinations through travel.

As Dr. Sophia Richardson’s receptionist, Linda is the first friendly face patients encounter upon arrival and the welcoming voice they hear when they call. She takes great pride in being the initial point of contact, ensuring a positive and supportive experience from the moment patients engage with the clinic.
With a strong commitment to providing exceptional care, Linda helps create a smooth and seamless environment for everyone. Her calm, approachable nature allows patients to feel at ease, and her attention to detail ensures they receive the care and attention they deserve throughout their visit.

Andrea has been Dr Richardson’s Patient Coordinator for the past few years.
After your consultation with Dr Richardson, you’ll meet with Andrea to go over the next steps. You will discuss surgical bookings, fees, and how your private health insurance may apply.
Andrea understands that preparing for surgery can feel a bit daunting, and she is here to help guide you through the process with clear information and support. She aims to make things as straightforward and stress-free as possible, so you feel confident and comfortable moving forward.
Andrea really enjoys helping patients through this part of their journey and being someone they can turn to with questions or concerns.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, gardening and puzzles.

Sarah works closely with Dr. Sophia Richardson as her trusted surgical assistant and plays an integral role within the team. With a deep commitment to patient care, Sarah supports both Dr. Richardson and her patients through every stage of the surgical journey—from pre-operative preparation to post-operative recovery.
Her joyful and compassionate approach ensures that patients feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for at all times. Sarah takes pride in being a consistent point of contact and a reassuring presence, helping to create a smooth and supportive experience for each individual. Her passion lies in making sure every patient feels confident, understood, and well looked after.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, live music, and spending quality time with her husband, friends, and beloved pets.

Carolyn is the Assistant Practice Manager at Queens Parade Specialists and brings extensive experience in healthcare administration to her role. With many years at the clinic, she has become a trusted and familiar presence to both staff and patients. Known for her calm, kind, and professional approach, Carolyn plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the practice and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her deep knowledge of clinic processes and unwavering dedication make her an integral part of the team and a valued support to both colleagues and patients alike.
When Carolyn is not supporting the Practice Manager, Dr Jeremy Richardson, Dr Sophia Richardson and their teams, she enjoys trying new hobbies, spending time with family and weekend getaways.

Briony is the Practice and Business Manager at Queens Parade Specialists, where she works closely with Dr. Sophia Richardson and Dr. Jeremy Richardson and their teams.
In her role, Briony oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, manages administrative and business functions, and ensures the practice runs smoothly and effectively. With a strong focus on efficiency, organisation, and patient service standards, Briony plays a key role in keeping the practice operating at its best. She is passionate about supporting both the team and the overall patient experience.
When Briony is not at Queens Parade Specialists, she enjoys coffee, traveling, and exploring new places with her husband and their border collie.
